Initial Screening
This process requires the candidate to send in their resume and to have a quick chat on the phone with one of our recruiters.
1:1 Interview
Our interviews are conducted face to face or virtually. By following this process, we have the opportunity to personally meet and interact with the individuals, enabling us to assess their motivation to work and their personality traits.
Reference Checks
During the reference checking process, we prioritize assessing the satisfaction of the candidate's past employers regarding their performance. We also seek to uncover any areas of improvement or negative traits that have been identified by their previous employers. This ensures we are able to provide our clients with the best possible candidates.
Onboarding & Documentation
During the onboarding process, we create our guys a profile on our system and upload all their relevant Documentation/ IDs, qualifications etc. After having all our guys information, our system conducts visa checks and will continue to check visas every 21 days to make sure that we are compliant. A medical questionnaire is also completed to make sure all candidates are fit to work.
