Qualified Electrician

One of NSW’s biggest electrical companies are seeking a highly qualified electrician to join their team and contribute to the success in delivering exceptional electrical services to their commercial clients. Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in commercial buildings according to specifications and electrical codes
• Conduct electrical inspections and identify any issues or potential risks
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution
• Interpret electrical blueprints and technical drawings to determine wiring layouts and installation procedures
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
• Safely operate electrical equipment and tools, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project

Qualifications:

• Valid electrician license or certification
• Proven experience working as an electrician in commercial settings
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring methods in commercial buildings
• Familiarity with relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Proficient in using electrical tools and equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Contract length: 12 months

Salary: $50.00 – $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bargo, Nsw 2574: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Electrician: 5 years (Required)

Licence/Certification:

• White Card (Required)
• Driver Licence (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (Required)
